Sewer Rentals

Sewer rental bills are mailed quarterly to property owners. Bills are due in 30 days. A 10% penalty is added after 30 days.

Residential rates are $110 per quarter. However, households that use more than 20,000 gallons of water per quarter will pay a usage fee of $27.50 per quarter in addition to the $110. Commercial rates are $194.53 for up to 12,000 gallons and $9.26 per additional 1,000 gallons.
