Work has started on improvements at the intersection of Wentz and Jolly Roads.

The project will add dedicated turning lanes from both eastbound and westbound Jolly Road onto Wentz Road, a sidewalk installation from the intersection to Horseshoe Drive, stormwater improvements, and traffic signal upgrades.

Two grants, one from Montgomery County and another from the state, will help pay for the bulk of the costs associated with the project.

Work should last for approximately seven months.
