The Townships newest police officer, Katherine Hober, was sworn-in at a recent Board of Supervisors’ meeting. District Justice Suzan Leonard was on hand to conduct the official ceremony.
Officer Hober was selected for the position after completing a rigorous testing and screening process. She served as a police officer in the city of Philadelphia since 2018.
“We are fortunate to have an experienced and skilled officer join our department,” said Police Chief Ken Lawson. “The Board of Supervisors has provided this department with the resources to hire excellent officers, the means to secure the best possible training, and the foresight to invest in tools and technology to improve our department.”
