Supervisors Hear Land Development Proposal

The Board of Supervisors heard an informal introductory presentation regarding a potential land development proposal on the south side of the intersection of Skippack Pike and Meehan Boulevard in front of Whitpain Hills at the Board’s work session meeting on October 6.

The potential land development proposal involves the development of 54 townhouses, the realignment of Meehan Boulevard and the addition of a traffic signal on Skippack Pike. The proposed traffic signal on Skippack Pike would be placed at the intersection of Fieldcrest Court and the realigned Meehan Boulevard.

It is important to note that this meeting was for informational purposes only as no formal application has been submitted for review. If the project proceeds, the review process will follow the normal course, which starts with a review by the Township's Planning Commission.
